Absolute control creates a competitive advantage

Story: Loucas Christodoulou
Loucas Christodoulou worked with plumbers on a daily basis in his previous job at an estate agency. It was from here that his passion, to build a successful plumbing business, was born.
From the outset, Loucas’ focus was to differentiate himself from the competition by providing the most reliable and efficient service possible to his customers leaving behind old methodologies.
simPRO has become the vehicle to provide that efficient, competitive advantage, ticking every box in Loucas’ list of requirements, and then some.
“It’s all about building strong, long lasting relationships and delivering a good service time after time.” Loucas Christodoulou. Delta Plumbing
Control of the field
Now that Delta engineers are using simPRO Connect in the field, it’s become much easier for the office to keep track of incoming jobs.
As both a self confessed control freak and a new business owner, Loucas loves the fact that simPRO Connect alerts him when a job has been completed. He then likes to contact the engineer to check that the work has been completed to the high standards he wishes to maintain for his customers.
Streamlining the scheduling, invoicing and payment process
The ability to schedule recurring jobs massively reduces administration, making it much easier to manage the growing database of customers. In a previous career, Loucas saw plumbing business owners spend nights and weekends on manual invoicing. He knew there had to be a better way. And there is. Automated emails following up on overdue invoices are also built into simPRO.
Xero is the accounting software of choice for Delta. The seamless integration with simPRO Payments strengthens client relations by making the process of paying an invoice personable and simple.
“It’s so easy now for clients to pay an invoice.” Loucas
With all the new efficiencies in place, Loucas’ weekends and evenings are freed up for more enjoyable activities.
Planning for the future
Before year's end, Delta Plumbing plans to employ more engineers and continue to grow the business. By getting his processes in order from the start, Loucas says these plans are well and truly in motion.
