Loucas Christodoulou worked with plumbers on a daily basis in his previous job at an estate agency. It was from here that his passion, to build a successful plumbing business, was born.

As both a self confessed control freak and a new business owner, Loucas loves the fact that simPRO Connect alerts him when a job has been completed. He then likes to contact the engineer to check that the work has been completed to the high standards he wishes to maintain for his customers.

Planning for the future
