Our next update, rolling out from August 19, 2018, has new functionality for data entry in simPRO Enterprise, as well as some general improvements we’ve made based on feedback received.
We regularly review suggestions in the simPRO Ideas Portal and use them, and other feedback, to identify areas for improvement in simPRO Service and Enterprise.

Save your data entry time (Enterprise Only)
Now, the primary site and site contact auto populates for every additional customer you list in a lead or quote, saving your staff some valuable data entry time.
Time zones no longer affecting email appointments in Outlook
Sending email appointments via simPRO’s schedule to an Outlook account now works perfect regardless of the time zones, meaning your staff don’t need to worry about mastering time-travel in order to attend a job or meeting.
Error pop-up removed from report
Much like a magician, we’ve placed the error pop-up into our top hat and made it disappear! Now you can run the Customer Rank report with no hassle, but watch out for that white rabbit!
