As General Manager, Ricky is responsible for the continual growth of simPRO in New Zealand. Ricky’s breadth of experience gained both within Australia and New Zealand has helped to transform the way businesses in the Electrical, HVAC and building services industries operate; enabling them to communicate, collaborate and create value whilst also meeting the technical, financial and sustainability challenges of the future.
Ricky has led and managed diverse teams to deliver positive outcomes and strongly believes success is achieved through motivated, competent teams empowered to do their jobs.
As the Administration Manager for New Zealand, Libby manages the financial and administration team and ensures the office runs efficiently and effectively, and is responsible for simPRO NZ’s financials, HR administration, quality assurance, compliance and support.
Libby started with simPRO in January 2015 as Operations Coordinator. Prior to simPRO, Libby worked with the University of Auckland on a research project, and also gained experience as Customer Services Manager for a computer hardware company.
Melinda is the Customer Success Manager for New Zealand, working alongside our Customer Support Team.
Melinda's goal is to ensure simPRO clients are making the most of the software, so they can achieve greater productivity, profitability and efficiency in their businesses.
Prior to joining simPRO, Melinda was a Business Manager for a New Zealand-based residential lighting company.
Tim is the Implementation and Projects Consultant for New Zealand. He is an experienced facilitator with an excellent understanding of the business processes, data workflows and change management required to deliver collaborative information systems and project management. Tim is passionate about innovation, change and forefront technology.
In his role, Tim is responsible for solving complex business problems by tailoring, implementing and customising our software. This has seen Tim develop business acumen skills around stakeholder management and engagement in functional relationship management with key personnel.
As Marketing Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the development and implementation of local marketing and communication strategies to grow simPRO Software’s presence within New Zealand.
With a diverse marketing background in the retail, trade, arts and not-for-profit sectors, Jennifer brings an adaptable and fresh-eyes approach to simPRO Software’s marketing mix.
As Sales Manager, Milan is responsible for the business development and national sales activities of simPRO New Zealand. With over 15 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality and Petroleum technology sales and account management, Milan is tasked with developing and mentoring the sales team to exceed sales targets.
