Ricky’s breadth of experience gained both within Australia and New Zealand has helped to transform the way businesses in the Electrical, HVAC and building services industries operate; enabling them to communicate, collaborate and create value whilst also meeting the technical, financial and sustainability challenges of the future.

Geoff has oversight for the Customer Success and Customer Support teams in Australia and New Zealand. He is dedicated to leading & coaching individuals and enterprises of all sizes to help them bring about transformational improvement. With many years of commercial, management and business ownership experience, Geoff has a wealth of knowledge to draw on to bring about Customer Success. His experience includes large and small private enterprise, public sector and publicly listed corporations across many sectors.
As the Head of Marketing for the Australia and New Zealand businesses, Karla is responsible for planning and implementing simPRO marketing strategies for the ANZ region. Working with an amazing local team, Karla ensures customers and prospective customers have all the key information they need to maximise their experience when using the simPRO solution.
Karla has an extensive background in the SaaS industry, having worked with many global companies to expand and develop their marketing programmes. With a strong passion for customer success, Karla loves getting out and meeting customers at roadshows, events and on-site visits to learn more about how her team can improve the customer experience.
As the Administration Manager for New Zealand, Libby manages the financial and administration team and ensures the office runs efficiently and effectively, and is responsible for simPRO NZ’s financials, HR administration, quality assurance, compliance and support.
Libby started with simPRO in January 2015 as Operations Coordinator. Prior to simPRO, Libby worked with the University of Auckland on a research project, and also gained experience as Customer Services Manager for a computer hardware company.
As Marketing Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the development and implementation of local marketing and communication strategies to grow simPRO Software’s presence within New Zealand.
With a diverse marketing background in the retail, trade, arts and not-for-profit sectors, Jennifer brings an adaptable and fresh-eyes approach to simPRO Software’s marketing mix.
As Sales Manager, Milan is responsible for the business development and national sales activities of simPRO New Zealand. With over 15 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality and Petroleum technology sales and account management, Milan is tasked with developing and mentoring the sales team to exceed sales targets.
