Tenants, or customers, can view and lodge their own quotes or job requests, as well as review and pay invoices for previous work completed.

Jobs or quotes can be assigned by FMs to a contractor listed within their simPRO system and pushed to the Contractor Portal, where contractors can access jobs they have been assigned, and provide updates like status changes, cost summaries and more.
Plus, if a contractor uses simPRO in their own business, jobs can pushed directly into their build from an FMs simPRO build, without needing the use of the portal.
